Welcome to the Second Annual Health Disparities Leadership Conference (HDLC) hosted by the U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Health (VIDOH), Health Disparities Program funded by CDC Grant OT21-2103. This year, the HDLC is centered around the compelling theme, "Health Equity in All Policy," and will bring together healthcare professionals, visionaries, and policymakers dedicated to advancing healthcare quality at both the local and national levels.
